Does generate traffic?

You can get traffic pretty much straight away some sites give you some credits joining, but most traffic needs be generated by you visiting other sites network. How much traffic you get will depend how long you spend visiting other sites, average I found that you could get about 40 visits return about an hours surfing.

The catch

This probably easiest quickest way get traffic your site or blog. After looking at traffic being sent from these sites I noticed that not many visitors went beyond first page. This not really surprising as, like you, most visitors are webmasters trying generate traffic there own sites.

I would conclude that a starting point getting traffic testing new pages your site then this can be a useful tool. The audience will be mostly untargeted so probably not interested what you have offer therefore probably hardest type visitor entice into making a longer visit or returning a later visit.

If your site or blog more targeted towards traffic generation promotion then you may get a better response from visitors. I would recommend setting up a landing page especially visitors from these sites so you can offer them something they are likely be interested in. It would be worth investing some your time experimenting with this sort traffic see if works you. You can always dismiss later if you find not working you.
