How To Add Random RSS Content To Your Site

Most savvy internet marketers will know how important have fresh content added their sites a daily basis but problem sometimes find time and/or content. Adding an RSS feed a good way add fresh content a site, but problem again most them only get updated a weekly basis.

I have been wracking my brains trying find a semi- automated way do this make my life a little bit easier. The search engines are always looking fresh content - adding random RSS feeds seemed be answer!

So I did so some searches Internet see what available. A search "add random content site" sure enough brought up a bevy links - most which went sites wanted sell me their products hundreds dollars!

Having been Internet quite a while I know by now most information that sale can most times be found with just a little bit work. So I refined my searches somewhat I found a gem that I would like share with you for?. You guessed - free! It will take a bit work from your side tweak script a bit, but it's worth it, right?

First you will have head over to: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex17/randomiframe.htm copy available java script. This displays a little content box 130x130. Go on, before they decide start selling it!

Paste script into your favourite editor make following changes:

To change display your content you will have make box a little bigger. To achieve that you have change this piece code:

width=130 height=130

I have mine set width=500 height=800 but you should change fit your content. Play around with a bit change width or height where necessary. If you do not want a frame around your content, change this piece code:

frameborder="1" frameborder="0

To display your content, you will have create html pages it. For now, just create a blank html page, I will show you later where get content it.

As you can see, script calls pages like this:

randomcontent[0]="random1.htm" - change "random" whatever you want call your created html page - e.g. successstory1.htm.

You can basically display unlimited pages with this script. To add more pages display, just add:

e.g. randomcontent[4]="random5.htm", randomcontent[5]="random6.htm" etc.

You can now add script any page that you want display random content on.

To get free rss content rotate, head over http://www.goarticles.com They also have literally thousands free articles that you can use fresh content your site. Add code rss scripts blank html pages that you have created (or an article if you so prefer) then upload all your pages your server.

Make sure that page that you are calling them from (the page with randomizer java script) your content pages are same directory, otherwise you will have change path pages java script code!

If you would like get more rss feeds, just do a search "free rss feeds" any search engines.

So, there you have it. Randomized rss content your site without having pay a cent.
